PSA Regarding Saturday Breakfast

The general store will have a small amount of breakfast available for purchase, please bring your own food if you are a big breakfast eater!

Ceremony Information!

The ceremony will take place at the top of the ski area! We have booked the ski lift as part of our wedding package, with access both up and down the hill. It will be operating at a quarter speed, with the bar able to be lowered, for the safety of our guests. Additionally, a waiver is required to be signed for this option. It will be available upon lodge check-in and at the base of the chair lift.

What if I don't wish to take the ski lift up to the ceremony site?

That's okay! If this applies to you, we will be offering a shuttle service via a gravel road to and from the ceremony site. Please reach out to Addison Howe at 209-327-4566 directly if you wish to utilize this option.

Where do I show up for the ceremony?

Please arrive at 2280 CA-207, Bear Valley, CA 95223! For those individuals planning to use the shuttle service, please arrive at 38°29'32.0"N 120°02'05.4"W (these coordinates are before you get to the above listed address on HWY 207, we will have signs marking its location).

When do I show up for the ceremony?

Please arrive an hour and a half before the ceremony start time (see 'Timeline of Events' tab). This will ensure that you have enough time to make it to the ceremony site.

Reception Information?

Once the ceremony is over, please make your way back down the mountain in the same way you made it up. Please drive to the lodge (10 minute drive) to continue the festivities! The lodge address is 265 Bear Valley Rd, Bear Valley, CA 95223.

PSA regarding altitude!

Bear Valley is 7,000 feet above sea level, and our ceremony site is 8,500 feet above sea level! For our guests who are not accustomed to higher elevations, please please please make sure you bring plenty of water, hydration and electrolyte tablets or powders, sunscreen, etc! Further, alcohol increases the risk of altitude and dehydration sickness, so please be mindful and safe while attending our wedding.

Dress Code?

Alpine garden party (think midi dresses, linens, floral and fun patterns)! The more color the better, see colors below for guidance/inspiration. Stick to block or low heels as the ceremony site will require a walk on dusty dirt for a couple hundred feet.
